Electrical install within flats and main services to the building. Contract length 52 weeks.
Split into two feature buildings known as the 1960’s and the listed with the building containing 5 floors, each building has its own service riser and the co-ordination with all trades has been critical so achieving a high standard/quality of work.
Main contractor is PLG (park lane group). Various subcontractors working directly for BPS , these include lighting protection, insulators for pipework and air conditioning.
The completion date for this is the end of July with a view of opening this year for students starting university in the new term.
