152 Flats at a New Development
Brief: This project for Glasgow Housing Association is for the creation of 152 flats at a new development in the South Side of Glasgow. The project comprises of 152 new flats, covered over 3 multi story blocks, with each property being served by a District Heating system working back to a centralised Plant Room.
Project Overview: This project started in October 2017 and is scheduled to be completed for the end of 2018.
Tasks: BPS Group are undertaking all Mechanical Engineering works within the site, from installation of Heat Interface Units (HIU’s) within each flat, Underground Pre-Insulated Distribution pipework from our centralised plantroom, Riser pipework installations & Heating & Plumbing works within each flat. BPS Group are providing the complete solution for our client on this prestigious project.
