Mechanical and Plumbing works
Brief: Hart Builders have contracted BPS to undertake the Mechanical and Plumbing works for Client, Artisan. Nestled within Edinburgh’s lively Canonmills area comprising 179 stunning one, two, three and four bedroom properties including a basement car park for residents.
Project Overview: This project is due to start in August 2019 and is due for completion July 2020.
Tasks: BPS Group are undertaking the Mechanical Design & Engineering works on the project. Mechanical Plant includes CHP and Gas Fired Boilers which serve the district heating primary services that feed Heat Interface Units in each flat to provide instantaneous hot water and heating via radiators and underfloor heating. The Primary heating circuit will be fully controlled by a Building Management System and we are also Installing a car park smoke extract system in the basement.
