Refurbishment and 3 Storey Extension.
Project Overview: The works include refurbishment of the existing structure and construction of a new, 3-storey extension within the existing school boundary. Renovation of existing classroom spaces will create new, modern teaching rooms with upgraded audio-visual installations to enhance the learning environment, while upgrades will be made to enhance the existing façade. A central focus for the project was to deliver the aims of Circular Construction, utilising renewable materials and working with an aim of reducing waste and enabling future recycling of the constructed elements.
BPS was employed to undertake both the Mechanical and Electrical installation, including new ventilation, Heat Recovery Units, BMS controls and Radiators. The Electrical installations included; new Fire Alarms, Lighting, CCTV and Public Address System.
