Refurbishment of Bedrooms within the Hotel.
Project Overview: BPS was employed by Thomas Johnstone Ltd, to install the mechanical and Plumbing works within the refurbishment of the new Bedrooms. The works comprise the refurbishment of 53Nr bedrooms on first, second and third floors, the bathrooms, along with the refurbishment of the second and third-floor corridors.
All works were completed within a live hotel environment, working collaboratively with the Client, Main Contractor and Design Team.
